(“Turmalina”, or the “Company”; TBX-TSXV, TBXXF-OTCQX, 3RI-FSE) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 15,000,000 units of the Company (\"Units\") at a price of $0.10 per Unit (the \"Offering\"), for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (a \"Share\") and one Share purchase warrant (a \"Warrant\"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional share (a \"Warrant Share\") at a price of $0.15 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the Offering. The securities under the Offering will be subject to restrictions on resale expiring four months and day after issue. The Company may pay registered finders a fee in cash and/or share purchase warrants. The Company intends to use the net proceeds to satisfy ongoing costs associated with its properties as well as general working capital purposes.
