Stockholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person. The date and time have not been changed, and the meeting will continue to be held on April 29, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.\nStockholders who owned shares at the close of business on the record date of March 2, 2020 are entitled to attend, participate, view the stockholder list and vote at the annual meeting. The items of business are the same as set forth in the meeting notice previously provided to stockholders.\nInstructions for attending the meeting will be posted at https://investor.kimberly-clark.com. If you hold your shares through a broker, bank or other intermediary, and want to vote your shares at the meeting or ask questions you must register in advance by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on April 24, 2020 by following the instructions on our website.
