LOS ANGELES, January 05, 2026--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) ("Kilroy" or the "Company") today announced 300,000 square feet of additional lease executions during 2025 at Kilroy Oyster Point Phase 2 ("KOP 2"), the Company’s purpose-built life science campus in South San Francisco. Combined with 84,000 square feet of previously announced lease executions, leasing at the project now totals 384,000 square feet, representing a leased rate of approximately 44%.
