Kilroy Realty Announces Retirement of Board Director Scott Ingraham
LOS ANGELES, April 10, 2025--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) (the "Company" or "Kilroy") announced today that independent director, Scott Ingraham, will retire from the Board of Directors ("Board") at its upcoming Annual Meeting to be held on May 20, 2025. Mr. Ingraham has served on the Board since 2007 and has chaired the Audit Committee of the Board since 2008.
