Irving, Texas, November 27, 2007 (Business Wire) - Allarae HealthCare, Inc. (Other OTC: ALHI) announced today that it has filed to change its name, stock symbol, reverse stock split and CUSIP number. On October 31, 2007 the Company filed with the State of Delaware Secretary of State a "Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of Incorporation" to change the name of the company from Bezenet, Inc. to Allarae HealthCare, Inc. The company obtained a new CUSIP number which is 016739 104. The Company also requested NASDAQ to change its name and issue a new symbol. In addition, the Board of Directors, a majority of the common stock shareholders, and a majority of the series "A" preferred stockholders approved a 1:250 reverse stock split. In a related transaction, Phillip Matteis has been appointed the President and Chairman of the Board of Allarae HealthCare, Inc. Mr. Matteis is also President of Intellect Holdings, Ltd.
