The presentation will be rearranged for Thursday 28 July 2022 at 18:00hrs with a Q&A session and drinks reception to follow thereafter. The venue remains the same, Davys a\n t St James', Crown Passage, Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 6QY\n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n As previously outlined, the presentation,\n which will be made available to all shareholders prior to the meeting, \n will provide \n an update on\n progress at its wholly owned, Diamond Creek high-grade phosphate operation, Utah, USA, as the Company continues to build its position in the fast-growing organic phosphate to fertiliser market, as well as an overview of plans for the business going forward.\n \n \n \n \n \n Keras' Board apologises for the change of date but welcomes the opportunity to host the meeting and meet with shareholders and prospective investors on Thursday 28 July.*\n \n \n \n \n \n *Please note this event may be rearranged should this date be impacted by further train strikes.\n \n \n \n \n \n Pre-registration is required for attendance to the meeting.
