No 324 of 2005) and has been submitted to the Irish Stock\nExchange for filing with the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (the\nFinancial Regulator) in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectus Rules\nissued by the Financial Regulator.\n\nThe publication obligations in respect of this Annual Information Document are\nbeing fulfilled by its issue today via RIS and by its publication on the website\nof the Company (www.kenmareresources.com) from today.
