[{"type":"text","content":"\n Kenetics Group Limited\n28 March 2008\n\nFor immediate release 28 March 2008\n\n\n\n Kenetics Group Ltd\n\n ('Kenetics' of the 'Company')\n\n Appointment of Director\n\n\n\nThe Directors of the Company are pleased to announcement of Mr Terry Fuller, as\na non-executive director, to the Board of Kenetics with immediate effect.\n\nSince 2001 Mr Fuller's experience has been the assistance in the provision of\nsuitable persons to act as chairmen and directors of companies either on the\nOfficial List of the UKLA or on AIM. He has been involved also in a number of\ncorporate finance transactions relating to either fundings or flotations.\n\nFrom 1988 until 1999 Mr Fuller was a director and from 1999 to 2001 was the\nmanaging director and a 25 per cent shareholder in Kidsons Impey Search and\nSelection ('Kidsons'). Kidsons is now part of Baker Tilly UK LLP.\n\nCommenting on the appointment, the CEO of Kenetics, Mr Ken Wong, said: ' We are\nvery pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Fuller as a non- executive\ndirector. Terry considerable experience in the financial markets will bring\ninvaluable assistance to the Company's development as a public company'.\n\n\nMr Terry Ronald Fuller\nAge: 62\n\nDirectorships Current: None\n Past: None\n\nIn July 2001, under a shareholders' agreement the business of Kidsons was\nformally closed. There were no outstanding liabilities. In 1982, the business\nof New Technology Press Limited was wound-up.
