(the \"Acquisition\"), subject to shareholder approval. In connection with the proposed Acquisition, the Company confirms that the shareholder circular containing, amongst other things, details of the proposed Acquisition, notice of a general meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP, United Kingdom at 10.00 a.m. on 28 June 2013 for the purposes of approving the Acquisition and the form of proxy, has today been published and will be posted to shareholders. \n \nIn compliance with LR 9.6.1R and LR 9.6.3R, the Company confirms that the circular and the form of proxy have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and on the Company's website at: www.keller.co.uk/investor/shareholder/aspx.\n \nEnquiries: \n \nKeller &nbs...
