[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6148W Keller Group PLC 31 July 2009 \n \n\n Friday, 31 July 2009 \n\nKeller Group plc\nInterim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2009\n\n\nKeller Group plc ('Keller' or 'the Group'), the international ground engineering specialist, is pleased to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2009. \n\nHighlights include:\n\n\n\nRevenue* of £552.6m (2008: £568.7m) down 3%\n\n\n\n\n\nProfit before tax* of £41.0 m (2008: £54.2m) \n\n\n\n\n\nCash flow from operations £40.1m (2008: £43.6m)\n\n\n\n\n\nNet debt of £95.3m, 0.7 times annualised EBITDA\n\n\n\n\n\nOver £100m of unutilised bank facilities\n\n\n\n\n\nBasic earnings per share* down 18% to 42.1p (2008: 51.6p)\n\n\n\n\n\nInterim dividend per share increased by 5% to 7.25p (2008: 6.9p)\n\n\n\n\n\nExpectations for the full year remain unchanged\n\n\n\n* from continuing operations\n\nJustin Atkinson, Keller Chief Executive said:\n\n'Whilst there are a few encouraging signs, conditions in most of our markets remain tough.
