Keller Group plc announced the appointment of Catherine Shuttleworth as General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective December 5, 2025, who joined the company as General Counsel in March 2025 and brings extensive legal and regulatory experience. Catherine joined Keller as General Counsel in March 2025 and has significant legal and regulatory experience having previously held the role of Group Legal Director of the Packaging Division at DS Smith Plc and, before that, working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in the Global Transactions team.\n \nKeller also announces that after 12 years with the Company, most latterly as Chief Sustainability Officer and Company Secretary, Kerry Porritt is leaving at the end of the year.
