[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 02 February 2010\n\n Kefi Minerals plc \n\n (\"KEFI\" or the \"Company\") \n\n Notification of Interest \n\nIn accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and\nTransparency Rules KEFI Minerals has today received the following notifications\nof current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:\n\nCity Equities Limited acquired 8,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company\n(\"Ordinary Shares\"), purchased by way of Placing participation, announced by\nKEFI Minerals on 22 January 2010. This holding represented 3% of the total\nnumber of shares in issue and 3% of the total voting rights in the Company. On\n27 January 2010, City Equities sold 8,500,000 Ordinary Shares.
