The Required Filings have been filed by the Company on SEDAR on August 2, 2022 and August 5, 2022 and the Company's subsequent and required unaudited interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and certification of interim filings for the period ended June 30, 2022 were filed by the Company on SEDAR on September 8, 2022. The Company has been informed that the revocation order issued by the OSC may be automatically reciprocated in the other applicable Canadian jurisdictions where similar cease trade orders were issued.TSX Venture Exchange has also issued a Reinstatement of Trading.
