(“\n \n \n Tech KDA\n \n \n ”),\nannounces the creation of a major partnership with two companies in\nthe medical and pharmaceutical technology industry, thereby launching\nits international expansion.\n \n \n \n \n An initial CAD $300,000 agreement between RxMedz\n(“\n \n \n RxMedz\n \n \n ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Medicell Pharmaceutical\n(“\n \n \n Medicell\n \n \n ”) of Singapore, and ZoomMed Médical Inc. (“\n \n \n ZoomMed\n \n \n ”) for the\ndevelopment of an adapted version of Tech KDA’s KRx e-prescribing\nplatform and the initial deployment in twenty (20) clinics in\nSingapore, South East Asia. The agreement provides that upon\nsuccessful completion of the project, RxMedz will acquire the\nintellectual property and related rights to the customized version of\nthe e-prescriber for CAD $5 million.\n \n \n \n \n Medicell and its subsidiary RxMedz are fast-growing\nSingapore-based companies founded by a group of experienced\npharmaceutical experts.
