Consequently, following the Company's announcements on 13 July 2018, the Company has issued and allotted 4,434,570 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Proposals, conditional on Admission.\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 31 July 2018 and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at that time.
