[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3671P Managed Support Services PLC 15 July 2010 \n \n\n \nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE \n 15 July 2010\nManaged Support Services plc\n(\"MSS\" or the \"Group\")\n \nMAJOR CONTRACT EXTENSION\nManaged Support Services plc, the technical building services provider is pleased to announce a major three year contract extension with one of the Group's largest planned maintenance customers, Bruntwood Limited (\"Bruntwood\").\n \nMSS has been working with Bruntwood since 2007. Under the extended contract MSS will provide a comprehensive planned preventative programme for more than 95 per cent. of Bruntwood's managed portfolio which equates to more than 5.5 million square feet.\n \nAnnualised planned maintenance revenues have been approximately £500,000, excluding additional variable spends and refurbishment work. \n \nMSS will also be working in partnership with Bruntwood to develop a proprietary approach to energy management and asset life cycles. \n \n \nCommenting on the contract extension, Simon Beart, Chief Executive said:\n \n\"This is a long term endorsement from one of our largest customers, covering multi year revenues.
