[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4908F Kennedy Ventures PLC 24 May 2013 \n \n\nKennedy Ventures plc\n(\"Kennedy\" or the \"Company\")\n \nInvesting company update\n \nThe Board of Kennedy announces that the Company has invested in a portfolio of listed companies (the \"Investments\") and one unquoted company, all of which have operations within the Company's investing policy.\n \nIn addition to engaging in the investment activity set out above the Company continues to seek and review investments and larger transactions and currently is reviewing a number of potential investment opportunities.\n \nThe Company confirms that, subject to settlement of the Investments which is scheduled to occur on 28th May 2013, it will have substantially implemented its investing policy and would therefore have satisfied the requirements of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
