[{"type":"text","content":"\n Worthington Nicholls Group plc\n22 November 2007\n\n Worthington Nicholls Group plc\n\n ('Worthington Nicholls' or the 'Company')\n\n Change of Directorate and Adviser\n\n\n\nThe Board of Worthington Nicholls announces that Messrs David Levis, Stephen\nMulligan and Christopher Neilson have resigned as Directors of the company with\nimmediate effect. The Board also announces the appointment of Rodney Mann as\nDeputy Chairman, Simon Beart as Chief Executive and William Good as Group\nFinance Director with immediate effect.
