[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8626A Spinnaker Opportunities PLC 03 January 2018 \n\n \n3 January 2018\n \nSpinnaker Opportunities Plc\n(\"Spinnaker\" or \"the Company\")\n \nCompletion of Placing and Subscription\nSpinnaker Opportunities Plc (LON: SOP), the standard listed cash shell established to make a material acquisition in the energy or industrial sectors, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the placing and subscription to raise gross proceeds of £170,000, as announced on 19 December 2017. All subscription proceeds have been received. Admission of the new ordinary shares to the London Stock Exchange is now anticipated to take place on Monday 8 January 2018.\nThe placing and subscription takes the form of the issue of 3,400,000 units at a price of 5 pence per unit. Each unit consists of one ordinary share plus one half warrant. The warrants are exercisable at a price of 7.5 pence per share and will be valid up to 19 June 2020.
