They also have extensive expertise in the energy and industrial sectors and will advise on the structure of the future management of the company in the lead up to and completion of Spinnaker's first reverse takeover transaction.\nBlytheweigh is a specialist financial public relations and investor relations consultancy with extensive expertise advising companies in the resources and energy space.
