In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its amendments and as per the ''Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading'' adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for all connected / designated persons of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2025 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the Audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2025 to the public.
