[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n21 September 2023\nKainos Group plc\n(\"Kainos\" or the \"Company\")\n \nConfirmation of CEO appointment\n \nKainos Group plc (KNOS), a UK-headquartered IT provider with expertise across three divisions, Digital Services, Workday Services, and Workday Products, today confirms that Russell Sloan has assumed the role of CEO of Kainos. \n \nRussell's appointment as CEO and to the Kainos Board of Directors completes the transition outlined in the announcement of 19 June 2023 and follows the conclusion of the Company's AGM, during which Brendan Mooney stepped down as CEO and resigned as a director.\n \nRussell Sloan, CEO of Kainos, commented:\n\"I would like to thank everyone for the good wishes they have extended to me over the last three months.
