She previously held senior commercial and operational roles at Oracle, LinkedIn and Criteo, covering APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Access Group, a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, US and APAC and Bytes Technology Group, one of the UK and Ireland's leading providers of IT software offerings and solutions, with a focus on AI, cloud and security products. \n \nCommenting on the new appointment, Rosaleen Blair, Chair said:\n\"We are excited to welcome Shruthi to the Kainos Board.
