(“\n \n K92\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”) (TSX:\n \n KNT\n \n ; OTCQX:\n \n KNTNF\n \n ) announces that it has filed amended technical reports (the “\n \n Amended Updated DFS Technical Report\n \n ” and the “\n \n Amended Blue Lake Technical Report\n \n ”) for its Blue Lake Porphyry Deposit (the “\n \n Blue Lake Deposit\n \n ”) and its Kainantu Gold Mine Project (the “\n \n Kainantu Project\n \n ”) in Papua New Guinea, as part of a continuous disclosure review completed by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The Company previously filed the following technical reports:\n \n\n\n report titled, “Independent Technical Report, Mineral Resource Estimate Blue Lake Porphyry Deposit, Kainantu, Papua New Guinea” September 20, 2022, with an effective date of August 1, 2022, prepared by Simon Tear BSc (Hons), EurGeol, PGeo IGI, and Anthony Woodward BSc (Hons), M.Sc.
