[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n(JEC) TSX\n\n\nCALGARY, May 30 /CNW/ - Jura Energy Corporation ("Jura") announced today\nthat it has filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities certain\nrevised continuous disclosure documents in response to a request of, and after\nconsultation with, the Alberta Securities Commission. The request was made in\nconnection with a normal course review of Jura's continuous disclosure\ndocuments following the filing by Jura of a notice of intention to be\nqualified to file a short form prospectus under National Instrument 44-101 -\nShort Form Prospectus Distributions. The following documents have been refiled\nby Jura:\n\n\n- Annual Information Form ("AIF") for the year ended September 30,\n 2006 - The AIF was revised to:\n\n - Supplement the disclosure of reserves data with a table\n reflecting the elements of total future net revenue attributable\n to proved plus probable reserves and a table disclosing the net\n present value of future net revenue by production group at a\n 10% discount rate, in each case using forecast prices and costs;\n\n - Include disclosure with respect to work commitments and\n expectations regarding expiry of its rights, if any, in relation\n to Jura's unproved properties;\n\n - Describe in greater detail its material contracts; and\n\n - Identify Chapman Petroleum Engineering Ltd. as an expert.\n\n- Material Change Report ("MCR") dated January 8, 2007 - The MCR\n was revised to provide disclosure of how the acquisition of\n 66.7% of the shares of Pyramid Energy International Inc.\n ("Pyramid") on January 3, 2007 would have effected Jura's\n reserves data as at September 30, 2006 had the acquisition\n occurred on or before September 30, 2006.\n\n- Business Acquisition Report ("BAR") dated March 24, 2007 - The\n BAR was revised to correct the amount of consideration paid,\n expand the disclosure of the source financial information used\n in the determination of pro forma financial information\n presented and to reflect in the pro forma financial information\n the consolidated balance sheet of Jura as at December 31, 2006,\n rather than as at September 30, 2006.\n\nThe revised AIF, MCR and BAR, each dated May 29, 2007, replace and\nsupersede the original documents which should hereafter be disregarded.\n\n\nAbout Jura:\n\n\nJura Energy C...
