[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n(JEC) TSX\n\n\nCALGARY, May 13 /CNW/ - Jura Energy Corporation ("Jura") announced today\nthat Nigel McCue has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer of\nthe Corporation and has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the\nBoard of Directors. Nigel served as President and CEO of Jura since June 2006.\nAs announced on February 13, 2008, Nigel has joined Lamprell plc (AIM: LAM) as\nChief Operating Officer. The board of directors wishes Nigel well in his new\nventure and is extremely pleased that he will continue with Jura in a vital\nleadership role.\n\n\nGraham Garner has been appointed President and CEO on an interim basis.\nGraham has been part of the company's management team since April of 2003,\nserving as Executive Vice President from April 2003 until May 2005, as\nPresident and CEO from May 2005 until June 2006, and Executive Vice President\nfrom June 2006 until the present time. He has also served as a director since\nMay of 2005.\n\n\nThe board of directors extended its thanks to Norman Holton for his\nservice to the company as Chairman of the Board since March 14, 2007.
