Holding in Company

Jupiter Int.Green Inv. Trust PLC 20 November 2000 Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') received notification from Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('JAM') today that following the purchase of 2,111,700 Ordinary shares in the Company by JAM on 17th November 2000, they now hold 7,550,000 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 26% of the issued share capital of that class.
