[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n19 August 2025\n \nJupiter Fund Management plc (the \"Company\" or \"Jupiter\")\n \nCompletion of Share Buyback Programme\n \nJupiter announces that it has successfully completed its share buyback programme (the \"Programme\") to purchase a maximum aggregate amount of £13.9 million ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"), which was notified to the market on 27 February 2025.\n \nAs a result of the Programme, Jupiter acquired 16,349,385 ordinary shares at an average price of £0.842620 pence per share.\n \nFollowing the completion of the Programme, Jupiter has 544,979,510 issued ordinary shares admitted to trading, of which 16,349,385 are now held in Treasury and therefore are non-voting. The total voting rights in the Company is 528,630,125 shares.
