Completion of Acquisition of CCLA
Jupiter Fund Management PLC has successfully completed the acquisition of CCLA Investment Management Limited, with regulatory approvals now secured as of February 2, 2026. The company reaffirms its target of achieving at least £16 million in annual run-rate cost synergies, fully realized by the end of 2027, a projection initially announced on July 10, 2025.
