[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9304F Jupiter Fund Management PLC 26 February 2018 \n\n26 February 2018\nJupiter Fund Management plc (\"Jupiter\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Changes\n \nJupiter today announces the retirement from the Board of Lorraine Trainer. \n \nLorraine joined the Board in May 2010 and has served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from May 2011 to June 2017 and Senior Independent Director from September 2014 to July 2017. Lorraine will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director until the Company's AGM on 16 May 2018 when she will not be seeking re-election. \n \nLiz Airey, Chairman of Jupiter, said: \n\"On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my gratitude to Lorraine for her support and significant contribution during her eight years as a Non-Executive Director of Jupiter since the IPO in 2010. Lorraine has brought energy, commitment and a different perspective to the Board and this has been invaluable to Jupiter as the business has grown and developed. Her experience and insight will be missed.\"\n \nLorraine Trainer said: \"Jupiter is an exceptional company. It has been a privilege to be a member of the Jupiter Board over the last eight years, a period during which the Company's Assets Under Management have grown from £20.4bn to £50.2bn.
