Purchase of Ordinary Shares 

Judges Scientific announces that on 4 June 2025 it acquired 28 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7875p per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been immediately allocated to certain employees to satisfy awards under the Company's reward scheme.
