This has now been corrected to 709,455 Ordinary Shares. \n \n \n \n \n \n All other details remain unchanged. The full amended announcement is set out below.\n \n \n \n \n \n Judges Scientific plc \n \n \n (the \"Company\")\n \n Director/PDMR Shareholding\n \n In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that on 10 November 2020 David Cicurel, CEO, \n transferred the beneficial interest in 6,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") to the Shoftim Charitable Trust (the \"Charity\"). \n \n \n David Cicurel and Ralph Cohen, Non-Executive Director of Judges, are trustees of the Charity.
