The Company\nsecured the secondary listing in order to access various strategic benefits for\nthe Group.\n\nThe main purposes of the listing on the JSE are to:\n \n• provide a further funding mechanism, through which Jubilee can structure \n and fund development opportunities in the South African world-dominant\n platinum sector;\n\n• increase South African institutional investors' awareness of the Company \n and the institutional shareholding base ; and\n\n• facilitate direct investment in the Company by South African residents.\n\nColin Bird, CEO of Jubilee commented, 'We are very pleased to announce this\nlisting as it shows our continued dedication to operating in Africa.
