Changes to the Board
Jubilee Metals Group PLC announced that non-executive director Nicholas Taylor has resigned with immediate effect after over five years of service. Taylor, who was appointed in 2020, served as the chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and was a member of the Remuneration Committee.
