[{"type":"text","content":"\n Jubilee Platinum PLC\n25 November 2005\n\n25th November 2005\n\n\n\n Jubilee Platinum Plc\n\n ('Jubilee' or 'the Company')\n\n\n\n Result of AGM\n\n\n\nJubilee announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today\nat 10:00am all resolutions were passed.\n\n\n\nChief Executive Colin Bird reported on what has been a very progressive year for\nJubilee. The Company's focused exploration programmes have been highly\nproductive and achieved significant results.\n\n\n\nDrilling results from Jubilee's flagship Tjate platinum project in the eastern\nBushveld of South Africa have confirmed the presence of the Merensky and the UG2\nchromitite platinum-bearing reefs, with grade and thickness of reefs consistent\nwith, and in some cases, exceeding expectations.\n\n\n\nColin Bird commented further on the drilling success at the Londokomanana\nproject in Madagascar which resulted in significant multi-metal intersections.\nThe results demonstrated the intersections carried good grades of a highly\nattractive suite of metals - nickel, copper, platinum, palladium and gold - over\nlarge widths.
