[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 3262T\n Journeo PLC\n 24 November 2021\n  \n \n \n \n This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (\"MAR\"). \n \n \n 24 November 2021\n \n \n Journeo plc\n \n \n (\"Journeo\", \"Company\" or \"the Group\")\n \n \n Software as a Service contract \n \n \n Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), the information systems and transport technical services group, is pleased to announce a three-year Software as a Service (SaaS) contract for CCTV technology management  with Arriva UK Bus. \n \n \n  \n \n \n The value of the contract over the three-year period is £1.3m and includes engineering, software licenses and technical support services across the Arriva UK fleet of 4,700 buses. The contract also includes a customer option of extending the software licenses by a further two years at additional cost. \n \n \n  \n \n \n Work has already commenced, and a number of buses previously equipped with Journeo's IoT hardware under a separate framework agreement will be included within the new SaaS contract, such that Arriva's entire UK bus fleet are connected and supported.\n \n \n  \n \n \n Journeo's cloud-based solution provides authorised users with authenticated, high-security access to video and associated data from any of their UK bus fleet vehicles using local Wi-Fi or the Journeo Edge's 4G modem.\n \n \n  \n \n \n In addition to securely managing the data, Journeo's cloud services also provide a secure transfer between other systems used by Arriva to manage incidents across their network, including the real-time status of on-board technology using Journeo's remote condition monitoring application.\n \n \n Russ Singleton, Chief Executive Officer of Journeo, said: \" We have been working with Arriva in the UK since 2002 and Sweden since 2010 and are naturally delighted that they have chosen the Journeo cloud-based video management solution for their entire UK bus fleet.
