The DKK5.5m award (more than £0.6m) is the first widescale on-train system contract secured by the Journeo's Nordic subsidiary since acquisition in September 2023.\n \nTo fulfil the contract, Journeo will supply and install bodyside LED display panels into DSB's fleet of Dosto double-deck rail coaches, replacing obsolete technology with new, modern and easy-to-read LED display panels, core to Journeo's wide range of display technology, that will enhance the passenger experience and support improved accessibility, underpinned by a return-to-base warranty period.\n \nAs part of the tender process, Journeo was able to demonstrate its engineering expertise, providing a solution that integrates to existing on-board control and content management systems, ensuring that the customer can safely upgrade elements of their passenger information solution without the time and expense of a complete re-fit of all technology.
