UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R

The Company hereby gives the following notification in respect of Kirsty Homer, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.

Kirsty Homer is a Director of River Island Clothing Co. Limited, a high-street fashion retailer. On 8 August 2025 the High Court of England and Wales (the "Court") sanctioned a restructuring plan, pursuant to which River Island Clothing Co. Limited has agreed certain Court sanctioned arrangements with certain of its creditors (the "Restructuring Plan"). The Restructuring Plan became effective on 8 August 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(1).
