[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1895D Johnson Service Group PLC 05 July 2016 \n\n \n \n5 July 2016 \n \nJohnson Service Group PLC\nPre-Close Trading Statement \n \nPrior to entering its close period ahead of reporting its Interim results for the six months to 30 June 2016, which are expected to be released on 6 September 2016, Johnson Service Group PLC (the 'Group') announces the following update on current trading.\n \nWe will deliver another strong result for the first half of the year reflecting both an encouraging underlying performance together with the benefit of acquisitions over the last twelve months. We expect the full year results for 2016 to be slightly ahead of expectations. \n \nThe recent acquisitions of Zip, Afonwen and Chester are trading as expected and the integration into the wider Textile Rental business is successfully underway.\n \nNet debt at 30 June 2016 was slightly lower than management's expectations, following the purchase of Zip, Afonwen and Chester.
