Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Johnson Service Group PLC has successfully completed its share buyback programme, repurchasing 17,724,645 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange between September 2, 2025, and January 7, 2026, at an average price of 141.05 pence per share, costing £25.0 million. This buyback represented 4.5 per cent of the company's issued share capital at the programme's commencement.
