[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5590M\n Johnson Matthey PLC\n 12 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Delay to the publication of preliminary financial results\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Johnson Matthey announces today that it will delay the publication of its results for the full year ended 31st March 2020. \n \n \n \n \n \n As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, government mandated lockdowns in various jurisdictions have restricted access to certain Johnson Matthey sites. These restrictions have delayed the completion of certain audit procedures.
