[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n22nd November 2023\n \nJohnson Matthey Plc\n(the Company)\n\nBoard Committee changes\n \nThe Company announces the following changes to the composition of its Board Committees in respect of non-executive directors, effective from 2nd January 2024.
