Merger and Reorganization Announcement

CHANGZHOU, CHINA / ACCESSWIRE / December 4, 2018 / RZZN needs to disclose the following: Jialijia Group Corporation and Huazhongyun Group arrived at a strategic cooperation agreement about further collaboration on shareholder equity and energy development on 10/25/2018. According to the agreement, Nanjing Huazhongyun Management Partnership (Limited Liability Partnership) will possess 25% of JiaLiJia Group Corporation which is the main listed company under RZZN.

Jialijia Group successufully merged and reorganized with Wenchuan Gas Company in Shenzhen, China,and Hunanrucheng Wenchuan Gas Company on 11/21/18, RZZN would enhance further high quality asset acquisition and project development in energy industry in the future.

Based on the votes of shareholders' meeting, Dongzhi Zhang is formally appointed as chairman of RZZN board; while Benlai Zhou appointed as Supervisor of RZZN board.

According to votes of Board of Directors' meeting, assigned Lingyue Hu as RZZN's Chinese region Chief Representative.
