Jetblack Corp (OTC: JTBK) Plans to submit Form 10 to Become Fully Reporting

Jetblack Corp. (OTC: JTBK) announced today, the company has decided to file a Form 10 to become a fully reporting issuer. The company plans to submit the filing around May 6, 2019.  The company has also announced their Shareholder Meeting which will take place on May 13 at 10:00 am. Quorum has been met and Information Statements will be sent out to Shareholders of Record.
