Jetblack Corp. (JTBK) has announced their Directors Saul Pulido Jr. and Peter H. Koszela have stepped down as Directors and joined the company as officers in the roles of business development. Daniel A. Goldin and Emilia S. Olvera stay on as Directors of the company.
