[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6401M Dart Group PLC 18 August 2011 \n \n\n18 August 2011\n \nThis announcement replaces the announcement made earlier today (RNS: 6003M) which incorrectly stated the Total Voting Rights of the Company as being 142,016,284 when it should have been 142,016,344.\n \nDart Group PLC (\"the Company\")\n \nTotal Voting Rights and Block Admission\n \nThe Company wishes to announce the following information as at 16 August 2011:\n \n\n\n\n\nClass of share\n\n\nTotal number of shares\n\n\nNumber of voting rights per share\n\n\nTotal number of voting rights per class of share\n\n\n\n\nOrdinary shares of 1.25p each (\"Ordinary Shares\")\n\n\n142,016,344\n\n\n1\n\n\n142,016,344\n\n\n\n\n \nNo Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.\n \nThe above figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\n \nFurther, the Company has applied for 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM under a new block admission.
