[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 6943V\n Dart Group PLC\n 11 August 2020\n \n \n \n \n 11 August 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n Dart Group PLC (the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and AGM arrangements\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020, Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form have been posted to shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are also available on the Company's website at \n \n www.dartgroup.co.uk\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n Given the current circumstances in relation to Covid-19, the Board has made the decision that, for the safety and security of all involved, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020. This means that the AGM will be convened with the minimum quorum of shareholders (facilitated by the Company) to conduct the formal business of the AGM. As such, shareholders and their proxies are unable to attend the AGM in person this year. \n \n \n \n \n \n In light of this, shareholders are strongly advised to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy to ensure that their vote is counted. Shareholders are invited to submit any questions that they have on the business of the AGM by email to \n \n [email protected]\n \n . Where questions are received by 9.30am on 1 September 2020, direct responses will be provided in advance of the AGM. If they are received after this time, direct responses will be provided subsequently.
