The full text of the\nannouncement appears again below.\n\nOn 21 November 2005 Mike Forder, Group Finance Director, was granted options\nover 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 314 pence per\nshare. The options were granted in accordance with the Dart Group PLC unapproved\nshare option plan 2005. 50 per cent of the options are exercisable after the\nthird anniversary of the grant date and 50 per cent of the options are\nexercisable after the sixth anniversary of the grant date.
