Dart Group PLC 15 March 2005 Dart Group plc The Company announces that applications have been made for admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities under a block listing facility for the issue of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') under the Dart Group Company Share Option Scheme. This application is in respect of options granted over Ordinary Shares, which have not yet been exercised. When issued, these Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company.
