The Compliance Letter informed the Company that it had regained compliance with Nasdaq’s bid price requirement (the “Bid Price Requirement”) in Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), as required by the Hearing Panel’s (the “Panel”) decision dated July 15, 2024.
